This place makes you feel embarrassed for being from Spain. You need to travel from other states to renovate your passport, is this a joke??? MANY COUNTRIES allow you to do it online! They ask you for birth certificates not older than 1 year so they keep getting money from you. Long waits, NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, and appointments are 2-3 months wait. Not to mention that you are treated like a piece of garbage. EMBARRASSING.
