Be warned with financing deals or offers here........never transparent and you will never be able to reach anyone thereafter.

My wife and I traded in two cars in January this year, one paid off immediately and the second financed. When we were ready to payoff, we noticed unauthorized costs added. These could not be removed until last month (July) after several frustrating efforts. The outstanding cost still remains inexplicably high.
