This was hands down the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Like most people buying a car, we shopped around, and found other dealerships to be overly aggressive and having a "I'm giving you a 'deal,' take it or leave it" attitude. This wasn't the case at all at Classic Mazda. Everyone is incredibly friendly, from Juan Raymundo (our salesman) to the sales manager and finance. Juan took the time (after the dealership had technically closed, even) to explain the features of our car to us and to address any concerns we had. He also helped identify parts under the hood and maintenance once my husband popped the hood. I've met very few salesmen who are not only friendly and genuine, but also have the knowledge of a car tech. Though we've experienced our fair share of skeevy car dealerships in Orlando, Classic Mazda definitely does not fall in that category. They were the complete opposite of that, and exceeded our expectations in every way.
