Everyone knows this process can be awful, but Jeanna Cash and the team at Alpha were all amazing! Jeanna clearly explained everything to me and coaxed me through those times I was ready to tear my hair out. This was just a refi so I was asking "why do they need all this?" frequently. Jeanna was always available and was the most patient person on the planet! Everything went through in short order and exactly as it was supposed to.
