I have been to A Yarn Story in person (pre-Covid), have shopped using a virtual appointment, and have bought from the website. I have been knitting a long time but I'm still very much an enthusiastic novice and need a fair bit of guidance. Every time, the staff have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am really looking forward to visiting again once I'm safely vaccinated and can't wait to receive my goodies in the post. Thanks, everyone at A Yarn Story, for your help and support.
