The lovely ambiance and the amazing food food aside, my partner and I received the most exceptional customer service from Notable that involved 3 staff members - Ashley (who picked up the phone and was super willing to help), the restaurant manager and even their accountant. Not only was Ashley willing to hear us out describing this unusual predicament, she single-handedly got the manager and accountant involved and resolved our problem within 10-15 minutes of my call. What was even more exceptional is that I would've totally understood if she or the restaurant couldn't help us at all, as it wasn't the restaurant's fault in anyway. But because they were so focused on providing an excellent customer experience, Ashley and the team took it above and beyond and helped us out and provided us with the best resolution possible. Thank you Ashley, you really were exceptional and I only wish great things for you!
