The service staff are friendly and efficient. The appointment system work well. My rating is based on the result of the inspection of my vehicle. I was told parts needed replacing that were in fact changed recently on a car that has barely been driven and gently when it was. The pricing on parts was more than 4 times what I can get them for and the labour costs were outrageous. Estimate of 5000$ feels like it was designed to try and get me to trade it in. The evaluation even started with an opening line of "Your looking at having to change vehicles ...". This is not my first negative interaction with Capital. Shortly after buying my used car a few years ago, and having been told there was no prior damage previously, a simple car wash blasted about 10 square inches of paint off my rear passenger door and I was told it was my problem, because it must have been a damage repair AFTER I bought paint protection on the car to boot! Never dealing with Dodge or Capital Dodge again.
