It was okay. Great customer service, but the hotel felt more like a regular Marriott than a JW. They could use an update in decor in the rooms and fresh carpet in common areas.
For some reason, we did not get any housekeeping our entire 6 night stay. They apologized and gave us bonus points.
I can't comment on the executuve lounge. It was closed due to construction..
