After going to Franco s for over 30 + years, you would thing that we should be treated nicely. They have done many affairs for us, the food is good and quite interesting since Eugene, Franco s son took over. Being that this was one of the restaurants,my mother loves and frequents, we decided to have her 90 birthday dinner here. I spoke to Eugene, made reservations and told him that it would be nice if he or his mom, Antonietta ,would come for 5 minutes to wish her a happy 90th. Well no one showed up, the food of all days was mediocre, service by Leo was excellent...You would have thought that after 30 + years, they would have had a small cake for her, a glass of wine...better yet, show up for 5 minutes...It seems to me that their only interest is $$$ I frequent other restaurants and the owners go to the table, once in a while an extra appetizer, something special for a birthday... not here.

Received your very rude response.Your Mom wrote to me and I was about to respond because hers was a totally a different message. Your parents always said that we were like family. They went to my Dad's funeral and I went to your Grandma's funeral. We felt that being that my Mom cared so much about your family, that at least one member would say hi for 5 minutes. Look, through your words and your actions, you have told us very clearly that, even after 35 years, you do NOT value our business so we will not be returning to your establishment. I think the point you are missing is that it's not all about your customers' $$, there also needs to be a level of respect, which is clearly missing here. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors
