As a good Italian I should say that it is a 4 because there was nothing "panoso" and indispensable to accompany not only beer, but hard-boiled egg (as promised, perfectly cooked!) And dry sausage and hectograms of cheese ... especially because the pub is in a mill where it was baking!
But the place is too Dutch, nice, full of local & global people, cheerful staff, excellent cutting boards and very good beer at more than fair prices (I would say perfect), not to give my best;)
