The service here is terrible to say the very least...

The service here is terrible to say the very least. I could go into detail but it's not worth my time. You would think, when spending the extra money to buy a quality product that good service would come with it. Not true at all with this location. I will no longer be dealing with this location. My experience with them has left such a sour taste in my mouth I doubt I would consider a BMW for my next car. I am surprized to see numerous complaints regarding the same problem. How does BMW allow this to continue?
