I m fairly young with really good credit and when I came in I wasn t necessarily treated like an adult. My sales agent had some kind of forceful tone in his way of talking to me and when I needed something to be repeated or gone over again I could see the attitude.

They charged me $500.00 for a credit approval (which I approved for) then told me they would give me 7 days to shop for insurance and sell my car. Then when the car was being sold on the 5th day they didn t even give me a call/ fighting chance to see if I m able to come and pick it up before the next guys.
