If I could give no stars I would. We encountered some severe problems with our stay to name a few here were dirty stained linens and furniture, mold in bedrooms and bathrooms, and a severe cockroach infestation. The unit was terrible and very unfit for anyone much less my young children one of which had a severe allergy to mold and was affected almost immediately with symptoms. The home owners association inspected the unit after our complaint and confirmed our findings including dead cockroaches and droppings which they said indicated the cleaning personnel did not do their job.
In addition, my father in law had to have a cockroach surgically removed from his ear before so imagine my concern when a child is complaining of an earache. We left and were only refunded for the nights we didn't stay not the night we had all the problems. We were offered a 1 bedroom unit in the same complex, or a partial refund after much frustration. We chose the partial refund and tried to speak to the manager about getting a full refund but we were told he was busy. We paid for a 2 with bunkroom and after all the problems we encountered we felt compelled to leave.
I begged for all our money back especially since we would have to pack up everything, find somewhere else to stay last minute, and with all the problems we had making it not a vacation or decent stay by any means plus the fact that I am scared that we have brought cockroaches into our luggage and vehicle. They were everywhere in the unit. It was sickening.
I have two children still suffering from allergy issues from the mold and I can still smell the terrible smell of the condo in our luggage. I had to clean the unit and wash the linens prior to our children staying in it and then when we arrived at a different resort I had to clean all our belongings to rid the moldy smell.

If this was not enough where are out of pocket so much more right now because we had to pay more on a condo and we will not be refund any of the cost for the rental unit for 7-10 days. I feel like we should be given more considering the hardships we have encountered.
We were only given 1,380.84 back for the unit for the days we did not stay. We were not refunded any amount for the night we stayed
