Poor communication. Didn't even work on putting our order through until I called several times for an update. Receptionist was never able to connect me to a manager to help resolve the issue. After 4 weeks I was told my car wasn't even ordered, and that they wanted me to sign all the paperwork before they would order the car. In their defense, this was a little complicated due to our request for European pick-up, but that's no excuse to drop the ball or to keep us from speaking with management. This is not an Audi problem, this was a problem with this dealership in particular. I will NOT be recommending nor using again. This is a shame, since we are always on the lookout for a good sales person and were willing to give these guys a shot. (We've purchased 8 cars in 8 years. This is our 3rd Audi.)
