It's downtown close to the Inner Harbor. The lobby is pretty with live music and gold turn-style doors. The tavern is fine, but there weren't any waitstaff available on a Friday night. The bartender was the only one helping 30+ people. The bakery had the BEST customer service! Mrs. Denise stayed open after hours to give us recommendations, make us some delicious food, lend us a tablet charger, and anticipate our need for a doggie bag. She is great! The room is well appointed and the toiletries are high quality. However, the mini-fridge was set too high and froze our food and the remote for the TV doesn't work. The view is nice with 2 windows in the room and 1 frosted in the bathroom. Overall, this is a nice downtown hotel, but it could be better.
