Room was dirty, staff did nothing about it. The room we booked online vs the room we had were not even remotely alike. Broken furniture, dried urine on the bathroom floor, pubes in the sink. View out the window was of part of a roof, vents, garbage, a shoe, broken dishes and half of a dead bird. Bell hop threw our bags in the room and my laptop. Bartender ignored us in the lounge for 20 minutes, never served. After we got our car back we realized things were missing from the car. Hotel manager didn't do anything about any of this. Never going back. Disgusting.
