I have taken my Challenger to Renfrew for service ...

I have taken my Challenger to Renfrew for service since I bought the car.

I have finally had enough of the incompetence ignorance, rude behaviour and just don't give a duck attitude. The quality of work is hit and miss, when it will be done is anyones guess... Still waiting for the seat cover replacement to be completed... That was started 6 days ago but they just can't find time to fix it..... This is just the latest little sideshow of this three ring circus.... I spoke to the service manager Helmar Kujat about the service quality and speed... That was 10 minutes of my life that were totally wasted similar result with the principle Dave Hoegth. It is abundantly clear that these folks care about one thing and one thing only and that is PROFIT ABOVE ALL ELSE.
