Horrible. I took my truck in for a taillight problem. Every time I step on the brakes, I get a ding, and lamp out on the dash. They said I had a short. They fixed the "short" and my truck was the same. Bottom line is I paid $700 and got my truck back the exact same way I brought it in. They said they didn't know what was causing it and it would take a lot of labor to find it if I wanted. They said my taillights were working. When I got it home I started testing the pins in the taillight assembly. The right taillight had a dead pin. The bulb has 2 elements, only 1 is working. This was easy to find, why didn't they? Don't go near this service department. They won't take responsibility if they screw up.
