Called to get a recall fixed that causes possible death. I was told they had the parts in stock but could not fit it in for almost 4 weeks! I asked if they could disconnect the problem until they could fix it, but was told no. They said to call another dealership if that doesn't work for me.
That is unacceptable on every level. I give them 0 stars for 0 customer service.
