I bought my 3rd Mazda CX (CX5, 2016 CX9, then 2018...

I bought my 3rd Mazda CX (CX5, 2016 CX9, then 2018 CX5). My first salesman was Al and he treated me very calm , no pressure and tried his best to give me a fair deal. Very nice salesperson with experience. The 2nd car was by another salesperson because I forgot Al's name. Not a good experience with her, or finance. I was very pleased to have Al!

All great except one issue that has me unhappy. I said ok to the security system at $695 but within 1/2 hr changed my mind. But, VJ in finance did a great job and was very professional and kind, he explained it was too late to disconnect it. I'm so unhappy and really would like this taken care of esp with buying 3 cars from the Orange dealership. Servic8es done there, too. Erik in service is perfect. Always a smile and treats me good.

I hope the new Gen Mgr would be able to get this security system disconnected and off my loan. Esp this being my 3rd Mazda car at Orange. I hope to hear back!

Ps I'd have given 5 but unhappy about the mazda policy about disconnecting it.

Update 12/13: finance manager said he wanted me happy and said I could have it disconnected as he appreciated me as a customer. Al and VJ told him I was a loyal customer. They all took care of me. I decided to keep it as I park in a carport and I was hearing neighbors say there were break ins. So car is safe. 5 stars!
