Waited at their customer service counter for 15 mi...

Waited at their customer service counter for 15 minutes. Several employees walked by without eye contact, or offers of help. I finally went up to the cashier and asked what I needed to do to be seen, or would there be a better time for them for me to come back. Approximately 5 minutes later I explained to a rather clueless individual that I needed a bout a 39 inch square cut in thin sheet metal. He came back with a quote of $165. Guess they don t need my business.
