The central location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking garage is good, but sometimes the car wash says it doesn't put the car in there. The rooms are old compared to the 5 star hotel and the shampoo they put into the bathroom is bad, you have to empty the whole bottle to make it froth. I think the breakfast is nice, everything you want.
