Enjoyed the history and learning about the brewing process, but the chaos and crowds made the trip exhausting and frustrating. It was so hot and disorganized. Lines were incredibly long and frankly, there were too many options for places to use our tickets. Just have one place, let people try pouring a small amount, then let them enjoy a pint. If they want food or to sample flights, then go upstairs and buy that, but keep it separate. And let people use stairs from the top floors to go down. All the stairs I saw were emergency only. All I wanted was to escape the crowds.
Actually, didn t use my ticket. A Guinness can t be enjoyed in that mess.
