The experience of the Guinness Storehouse is a three star in my book, but the attraction itself is a two star. There is just so much information to take in and it's so crowded that you can never see everything -- not that you'd want to, most of it is boring. Don't waste your time reading about all the history and process of brewing. Get your free beers, take a stroll through the old Guinness advertisement section and get out. You get a sampler of 3 less common Guinness beers and then the original Guinness in the Gravity Bar. The beers are great, the rest of it is not.
