We prebooked our tickets and got into the project quickly. Once inside, there are one way systems in place. However, it was so busy that the initial walk to the bottom felt like a route march. We felt unable to stop to read signs, look at plants or take photos in case we inconvenienced other visitors. The food venue closest to the biomes was incredibly busy and difficult to distance from others. Again, so many people were there that we had to queue for 20 - 30 minutes. We have visited before and really loved it, but the sheer numbers of people here during a global pandemic felt quite unsafe. We plan to come back in October to enjoy it fully when it's less busy.
