DO NOT USE! RENT OUT JUNK. Meter on scooter was broke and left me stranded. Employee was rude and argued with me about the electric charge. Asked for refund and was rude and said can't. I did a 3 day rental for a scooter. When I got there to rent the I asked the employee if the charge would last 2 days and he said it would. I went to Disney world the with no problems. The meter on the scooter said it was still fully charged at the end of the day. I did not charge it because the employee said it would last a few days and the charge meter said it was fully charged. I went to Disney the next day and the scooter stopped working the meter was gong up an down from full charge to low charge. People in the park were pushing me to help me get out of the park. Nightmare when you can not walk long distance. I have to leave the park because I am taking my parents to the airport. I do not have time to wait for an employees in the park to come help me. We put the cart in neutral to push and would lock up the tires and then go into neutral on its own.It is really difficult to push when the tired will roll and suddenly stop rolling then roll again. I finally get it to car. I loaded it up to took it back to the location and the employee working that day is named Jonathan. I told him to go get it from the vehicle. I wear a leg brace and can not walk long distances and Jonathan told me that I had to walk with him to the vehicle. He made it sound like it was company policy and I had no choice. These people help disabled people which does not make sense. The whole point of renting a scooter is because I am disabled I can not walk long distances but yet they want you to walk back to the vehicle after I just had to walk at the park from a broke scooter. I told him the meter does not work and he argued with me. He said you have to charge it. I told him the meter said it is full. He was very RUDE. He said it is like a cell phone and you have to charge it. I said my cell phone tells me when I need to charge it unlike your scooter did. So their employee argues with customers. Then I asked how for a refund and Johnathan said he can no get me my money back because it is in the computer. What kind of response it that to a customer. I do not know what he is talking about because companies do refunds after credit cards are billed all the time. Again very rude and did not even try like he was going to to try to help us. So this company rents out scooters with a battery meter on it that you can not use and they do not tell you beforehand. In the 20 years I have been disabled I have never used a scooter that you can not go by the meter to know when to charge it. Jonathan acted like it was my fault because I went by what the battery meter said and did not charge the scooter overnight. It was a full battery and all the lights were lit up on the battery meter. According to Jonathan you can not get your money back for you money back. I will never rent from again because the way I was treated. They are a rip off renting scooters that do not work properly.
