I leased a car from Star. The car was delivered in horrible condition. Scratches, nicks in paint and a ding. It looked like they unwrapped the car with a matte knife and no care taken. A few days after delivery, there was a spot of paint on the hood that started to peel. I called my leasing agent and he told me there was nothing Star would do. The car had less than 500 miles at the time.

Star actually called me to see how my experience was. When I tried to call back, the person who answers the phone was useless. I just gave up.

Now my car is due for service and I'm scared to take it here because of the lack of previous experience.
