I used Metro Vancouver Movers in May 2019 after reading its reviews and because it s an Iranian based company and my Iranian friends told me it s a good company!
Despite my expectations l regret that l gave this company my business and used them for my move. If you re considering using this company please be cautious about their hidden costs! The owner of the company gave me an estimate that was not near what l ended up paying in CASH!! He superficially mentioned the price of plastic wraps and packaging the required furniture which didn t seem to be a big of a deal at first. They charged me real good for that and in return they damaged two of the three expensive leather sofa and chairs to the point that l complained to them. The owner of the company never responded to my complaint!
A simple apology even would have been nice!
If you re choosing this company please don t fall for their advertisement ... l m sure they have many friends to write them good reviews!

The 32 emails between us is irrelevant to what l am complaining about! Besides, yes it s the 21st century people text or call each other for simple things . You specifically said that you only are comfortable with email. The content of the emails are nothing but simple chats! So l don t know what s your point!
Yes l stopped emailing you as your worker who came to get the boxes from my place on May 13th took pictures of my damaged furniture! If you re really reliable why you didn t take any action regarding the damaged that was done to my stuff after paying all that money for packaging and wrapping things. You advertised that you guarantee your work. I see how!!!
I put the review a month after because l gave you time to take some responsibility for your costumer service! The fact that you provide boxes as part of your service was one of the reasons that l chose your company so as a businessman you are just gathering costumers!! You didn t do especial service for me! I had a price code from another company for 1200 dollars in total including everything, they even promised to keep my stuff in their truck for 24 hrs if there was a problem. No extra charge! I regret that l chose you over them especially now that you still not even mentioning anything about my damaged furniture and trying to protect yourself!!!
