The absolute worst title company to work with I had a closing scheduled for 1030 didn't hear from them I'm still wait and it's passed 11 and I have not gotten even an apology for the wait or inconvenience I had to call 30 times no joke just to get through and then they have no help to offer
Edit: it is now 6monthafter closing and they missed a tax proration and they are dragging their feet about paying it I think I'm going to have to get a lawyer involved for this to be resolved.
