The staff all over the park is incredibly friendly...

The staff all over the park is incredibly friendly from my phone interaction that morning to the parking attendant, to the entrance, to the vendors and cashiers and shop! It was also a big deal to me that the animals all looked exceptionally healthy and well cared for, the trainers were energetic, upbeat, and knowledgeable, and appeared to genuinely love what they do. The shows were on time and exciting and well organized.
