My wife bought me an Evolution R185CCS from Toolde...

My wife bought me an Evolution R185CCS from Toolden. Minutes into using it it seized solid. I had installed the blade using both the (not very good) book instructions together with a couple of videos and as far as I was concerned I had installed the blade correctly. Evolution claimed I had installed it incorrectly, causing the seizure. With the intervention of a lovely woman at Toolden I was able to return the saw and was provided with a replacement. I have since contacted Evolution on more than one occasion, providing a visual and written explanation of how I intend to install the blade (I don't want to risk anything) before I use the saw, but I have received nil response from Evolution. I want to be fair to Evolution but I simply need confirmation that my intended method is correct. In the meantime the saw remains in its box, unused. Sad Christmas present. Not remotely impressed with Evolution but hugely impressed with and grateful to Laura at Toolden. I'll readily return to Toolden for any further purchases but unfortunately those purchases won't carry the Evolution logo.
