I had a bad experience but kudos to Ken who is the manager he apologized and handled the situation professionally. I would give this particular location another shot but solely because of Ken, also I can not forget about the young lady who helped rectify my first issue, but I didn't get her name but she was also an A1 employee and a asset to the Embassy Suites. The rooms are nice and breakfast was good. If you're in the area give this location a try!!
