Haven was wonderful. In the past I ve never felt comfortable talking about my haircut expectations because I don t know much about hair / what would look good on me. Haven was able to take my nervous rambling / soft suggestions and articulate it into a goal that confirmed exactly what I wanted. She was also informative and supportive overall. Anyway, I left absolutely loving my haircut and have spent every day since then grazing my new undercut.
