Their "clients" signed the paperwork to purchase the house as they had driven by and then we showed them the house. They loved it and then when our realtor tried to contact them, nothing. Still nothing so I'm thinking they might make their money in other ways, as it doesn't look like it's from real estate. Sorry individuals.
This review is a result of zero response from Own It Now Realty. On 1/28 or 1/29, I went to an open house and fell in love with the property. I asked the agent, MSP, my question about the solar panels while I was there. The agent didn't have the answers, but told me they'd get back to me same-day or tomorrow at the latest. I began my due diligence and was preparing an offer. The agent, who said they'd get back to me within one business day never followed up. It didn't matter, because on 1/31, RedFin shows the property pending a sale. From my own sources, I had learned that the owner had requested that the house stop being shown by the time I had seen it. Not sure why they would continue to show the house after the Owner had directed to stop. I was disappointed about the house and know that the agent's responsiveness to me would not have changed the outcome. However, I was very disappointed that someone who assured me they'd get back to me in a timely manner, never followed up at all. On 2/8, I even expressed my disappointment about the agent not following up with me directly to the company through their website's contact form. I also asked that if the current offer were to fall through for some reason, to please contact me. No response... It's 3/1, and I still don't know about those solar panels, haha. The agent who showed me the house knew I was looking for a house and that didn't have a realtor, suggested to be my realtor and didn't follow up. That's just bad business.
