The initial telephone offer, and so very big, was finally exceeded, after a whole "ballet" of words through which it was shown to me that I would be given a discount on the labor component and putting under my nose some figures that , from my point of view, are not comparable. Eternal trick: the figure without VAT and with VAT. We pretend to negotiate by omitting to say that everything is discussed in terms without VAT. As if any individual in Romania deducts VAT, like any LLC that receives a service to sell it further integrated or not in its own product, and therefore is fixedly interested in how much is the price without VAT and not of the full price he has to pay. Mi-e sila, sila, sila. I am extremely disappointed that in 2018 there are still practices from the 1990s. And I am upset that I was deceived in such a childish way.
