I've only been to this airport twice in my life. Once when I was a year old, so I don't remember that time, and the other time when I was 14, going to Florida, and as I recall since the last time I was there, it was very clean and the staff was pretty nice. There were a lot of food choices (not as much as O'Hare, but still quite a few), some were good, some were bad, but nonetheless, still a nice clean airport with friendly staff. The only setback is that it is in a bad area of Chicago and you gotta drive through ghettos and projects in order to get there.
