Overall very disappointing experience and I for one along with my five guests will never recommend anyone to consider Preskil which at it's best is merely a " presque- resort " - and will , I am afraid ,!remain like so , if a duty manager Mc Kay whose job is an important client-facing position in a service industry chooses to hide behind a retinue of security people who confront customers with confirmed reservations with guard dogs. No respect for customers ! No regard for customers who have travelled distances to come for an enjoyable evening. Shameful treatment not worthy of its supposed 4 star rating. Duty manager has to learn a lot about how to run a resort with international customers and is not up to the level for this position. We simply cannot aspire to international standard with such poor customer services - a hotel is a service provider and quality of service should be at the core of what it has to offer. What a shame ! A duty manager who has no regard for customers does not have his place at that resort or at any other resort altogether. Lots of room for improvement - but only if the willingness to do so is there. Star rating - a poor 2 out of 10!
