Terrible experience. Had an 830 appointment for an oil change for a rogue that was purchased from your dealership in November of 2018. It had 11,000 miles. Not only did I have to wait close to 2 hours for your so called Express service but was also told that I should get new brake pads because they were wearing unevenly. We have put 6000 miles on this car and it needs new brakes, are you kidding me. 2 questions, what good is an appointment and if the brakes are bad perhaps the car should have been checked better before selling it to a customer.
