This is very similar to D amigos restaurant in Houston, which everyone knows if they follow me that I m absolutely in love with it. The owner here at Vespaio is Peter, he been in the same location for 20 years, the chef has been with him also. Peter is extremely engaged and present, super owner, super restaurant, just plain outstanding. Excuse my photograph I was just trying to be artsy
