The aquarium was a delightful stop in my trip to Boston. The huge ocean tank is a spectacular trip through the coral reef and its biome, top to bottom, while the minor tanks along the visitor path provide insight into very different environments and habitat (from New England itself to the mexican cenotes, through Amazonia and coral reefs). The tank with the alive coral is something really to behold. The 3 penguin colonies are also amazing to see, particularly how the animals bahave and their feeding/grooming habits. Loads of esplicative infopanels, plus live animal presentations! I spent 6 hours inside and I don't regret a single minute.
