Worst customer service ever. Contract written up on May 31. I had 3 projects done prior with them....got ready to use them for a 4th project and Matt the sales rep, John the builder and Peter the sales manager all screwed me. My patio was measured twice and they were so blind they didnt realize extra concrete had to be poured and measured 3ft short. Peter came out to look himself and said he was going to get it done for original quoted price instead of the additional 2k I was told once they realized measurements were wrong. Then called me back a day later (today, 2 months later from contract date) and said he couldn't. You should be the ones coughing up the extra $2k u want to charge me for YOUR mistakes. You lost a repeat customer who was going to use you for roofing and windows also. Thanks but no thanks. I'll take my business to Window World. DO NOT USE SOUTHERN SIDING IN AUGUSTA GA.
