I purchased 2 tickets to see Maze and the O'Jays this past Friday, August 18 and never made it to the park, The traffic situation was deplorable. We arrived at the exit at 7:00pm and did not get to Trapp Road until after 9:00pm....Traffic on Trapp Road was atrocious..no traffic guidance, nor safe places to park...some people even park on the ramp leading back to 66. We were told there were three medical emergencies and by 8:00pm the parking lot was completely full. Once on Trapp Road, we tried to find safe parking, but none available and parking in the dark neighborhoods was not safe. I tried to call the ticket office to get a refund, but no one returned my call. Please do a better job next time managing large crowds and popular artists...I will never purchase tickets to events at Wolf Trapp in the future.
