They are predatory and dishonest. When we checked in at 11:00pm they asked if we wanted the additional insurance rider for our car. When I asked how much they said $22.99 for the entire rental. I asked again, are you sure that is the price for the entire rental, and she said yes. Guess what? Turns out, that was per DAY. I contacted their corporate headquarters, and they didn't care to help me out. Instead they sent me a copy of my agreement that I signed. I guess you should read the 14 pages of crap they put in front of you, or they will rip you off. BMT graduate parents, beware! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS.
