I recommend checking out their yelp reviews first - they got rated a 1.5 out of 5 stars with over 127 reviews! This is no coincidence. We drove 2 hours to see a truck that was listed online, we called earlier in the morning and Brianna told us the truck was there and ready to be viewed. When we arrived, a salesperson sped toward us and began to show us every car on the lot, we asked him about the truck we wanted and he claimed it was sold the night before. We decided to walk inside the dealer to confirm that this was true, we arrived to the front desk and were offered coffee/tea and introduced to salesman number 2 who said the truck we wanted was at a shop and not functioning (I thought it was sold) Anyway, the salesman showed us similar trucks and after what felt like an hour of circulating the establishment and refusing to give us any prices, made an offer on a truck (same make, year and model as the one we came in for) at $5,000 more than the price posted for the original (non-existent) one. After our immediate HELL NO, he asked us to hand him a credit card to convince the manager of how serious we were about purchasing a vehicle that day which would somehow cause him to lower the price (I ve been forced to check my credit card activity every day since) Finally, the manager comes out to tell us how out of line are asking price was (meanwhile, this was the price they listed on the website for the same exact truck). Needless to say, we thanked him (for nothing) and walked out. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because an hour after leaving 21 Cenury Auto we found the same exact truck (different color) at a more reputable dealer for even less than 21 Century Auto s falsely advertised price! It is true that our 2.5 hour drive to 21 Century Auto was a tremendous waste of time, but at the very least a valuable learning experience. Always read multiple review sources before setting off to purchase a car and if you ever decide to lie to people for a living, make sure you re good at it!
