Clean rooms and good location, but disappointing service. This hotel seems understaffed for the volume of guest they are trying to accommodate. We had a few technical problems with our TV and after 3 hours of workers in and out of our room to was still not fixed. The hotel also does not offer free WiFi, which we were disappointed about especially with the lack of a working TV. Overall we were kind of disappointed and will definitely look for somewhere else to say in Dallas.
