Called their delivery number to order in advance for our pre new year office lunch (17 people). A lady picked up the phone, I asked if I could pre-order now and have food delivered tomorrow, she said YES, I asked if they have party tray orders. she rudely cuts me off and asked that I call her back in 10mins. Who's the customer here? If it were done in a polite manner I wouldn't have minded.

So good job on losing potential revenue and for losing would be returning customers. (Our office is 5mins away and most of us here like persian food) Miss.

Will be calling a different Persian restaurant after posting this review for sure, there's quite a few others nearby as well.
