They went above and beyond. The entire experience was as stress-free as possible (while making a big purchase) from the shopping to the final paperwork. They also worked with our lender to negotiate a better interest rate than we technically deserved! We felt like they were completely honest with us at all times and did not pressure to purchase anything we didn't need or want. No complaints here!
