So I ordered an engagement ring and a band to go with it. They took forever to ship them and then shipped them separately. The engagement ring was as expected except that it was a little big. But not thier fault since I ordered it a half size too big. Then I finally received the wedding band and it is over two sizes bigger than the engagement ring! Now this was thier fault so I write and tell them about their mistakes he says no problem send it back and we'll make it right. So since I'm having it sent back I ask can he make some small adjustments like soldering them together and adding sizing dots. He says sure. So after 3 MONTHS!!!!!!! Of waiting and him not responding to my numerous emails text messages and phone calls. I finally receive my rings back. Nothing is right. The wedding band is still 2 sizes bigger and he did not solder them together and he changed the look of my engagement ring without okaying it with me by removing some of the diamonds and changing the texture of it. What the heck! I would advise you to run as far and as fast as you can from this ' company '. Thier website may look professional but thier service is anything but. I do believe it is a very tiny business run by about three very unprofessional people. Every time I called I spoke to the same two people. So yeah run run run from world jewels.....
