Not a 4 star hotel - closer to a 3 star. Poorly managed, out dated hotel. I wouldn t recommend staying here. The lobby is depressing. Most of the staff seem unhappy. We stayed for 4 days. Upon arrival the room was not clean - room was dusty, fresh stains and crumbs on carpet, the towels were all stained and there was an army of ants on the counter and cupboard area by the coffee machine and in the washroom. We told the front desk and they said they would send someone to spray and clean. The room hadn t been dusted or vacuumed and I started having trouble breathing. They sent someone to do a deep clean on the third day, which was too late as we were checking out 11am the next day. The worst part of it all is that no one takes accountability for anything, the front desk blames the cleaners, the cleaners blame the cleaning schedule. Again, poorly managed. There are so many other hotels on the same strip. I recommend spending a little more and staying at the Westin, where they seem to be upgrading their rooms and overall treat you better. After a long day in the sun, it would be nice to come back to a room where you can recharge and unwind - not going to happen here.
