I received a call from a gentleman by the name of "Chip" yesterday urging me to set up an appointment with him the next day because my resume was really strong and he wanted to work with me. During my conversation with him, he became quite flustered and rather rude when I pressed him for the cost associated with his services along (he told me he couldn't tell me) with more information about the company. He then told me my resume was really bad and I needed his help, after praising it in the initial few minutes of our conversation even went so far as to ask me my age! Overall it was a very strange conversation and my internal Red Flags went up to stay away from this company.
